Chip all the pins have Input leads Mounted for easy connection to use. Compact size stepper motor perfect for small robotics applications. A, B, C, D four-phase LED indicator which indicates the status of the stepper motor work. Stepper motor with a standard interface, when used directly pluggable. Stepper motor driver board with ULN2003 has A, B, C, D four-phase LED which indicates the status of the stepper motor work. Your position is known simply by keeping track of the input step pulses. This type of control eliminates the need for expensive sensing and feedback devices such as optical encoders. Open loop control means no feedback information about position is needed. One of the most significant advantages of a stepper motor is its ability to be accurately controlled in an open loop system. The speed of the stepper motor rotation is also controllable by controlling the frequency of the pulses. The control of Stepper Motor movement angle is done by controlling the number of stepper motor driver pulses. If you will give the ULN2003 stepper driver a certain pulse signal, it will drive step motor to a certain angle. The main purpose of ULN2003 is to amplify the control signals from the Arduino, so as to drive the 28BYJ-48 Stepper Motor. These stepper motors consume high current and hence a driver IC like the ULN2003 is mandatory. The 28BYJ-48 Stepper Motor and ULN2003 Stepper Motor Driver is a widely popular combination of the stepper motor and stepper driver, because of the stability and reliability of the system. Lesson 31 ULN2003A Stepper motor driver. This 5V DC 28BYJ-48 Stepper Motor is small, inexpensive and high-quality geared step motor. Thank you for you answer and sorry for my english which is imperfect. You will find attached the two datasheet. My goal is too find a sustainable way to power this motor without heating and sufficiently powerfull. Considering that i can't increase the tension because of the heating i've to manage the intensity.
I'v read that intensity increase the torque and tension increase the speed. Thirdly, I power the stepper moteur with a 5V - 1,5 A usb cable but it doesnt work? I think it's because of a too low intensity. It's work perhaps the battery had emptied out quickly and the motors were heating. Secondly, contrary to the datasheet which recommend to use 5V i power them with a 9V battery. I first try to power them with the arduino mega 2560 pin but it was not enough. The model of the stepper is a 28BYJ48 with ULN2003 Driver. I'm working on a robot project which needs two stepper motor with their maximum power.
